Huxtable's Comestibles was founded in 1984 by Vicky Huxtable who began preparing exceptional food on a home stove in Los Angeles, CA. The gourmet products quickly gained local and national recognition for their outstanding flavor, unique appeal and great selection. In 1988, Huxtable's developed Southern California's first complete Holiday Meal Dinner program for Von's Supermarkets.
Today, Huxtable's Kitchen, a leading manufacturer of Home Meal Replacement products, has produced over a hundred varieties and millions of units of home style convenience foods, as well as providing mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry, gravy and other holiday favorites on Thanksgiving and Christmas tables throughout the U.S. over the past 14 years, building a solid reputation for imaginative, great tasting, high quality and technologically advanced products along the way.
Huxtable's Kitchen maintains a 55,000 square foot USDA plant and R&D facility located at its headquarters in Vernon, CA.
